Lomita

Lomita is Spanish for “Little Hill”. It was originally part of the Rancho Dominguez land grant. Oil was discovered there in 1923.  In the 1930’s the area was farmed with strawberries and celery. Today there is a mix of residential and commercial spaces in town, with a few parks.

Moves, Estate Sales, Online Auctions in Lomita

We have moved several seniors from Lomita to Senior communities in the surrounding cities.  Since Lomita is a “little” hill, we do not face any slope issues with parking the moving trucks.

We have found that holding Estate Sales and Online Auctions in Lomita is easier than some other locations.  There is usually ample parking, which makes it simple for shoppers to attend.

There are a lot of Condos in Lomita.  An Online Auction is a great option for condo-owners, as people shop online, and they only come to the condo to collect what they have already won and paid for!  We can give the HOA a copy of the pick-up schedule, showing who is coming to collect, and when they are supposed to arrive.  The HOA can be assured that there will be no crowds milling around the condos.

Before we set up a move or a Sale, or a Pick-up we review the needs of the property.  Each property is different.  Tim is a strategist, and he will have a plan in mind for the logistics of your move or sale so that safety of all concerned and ease of movement is maximized.
