Solutions for the Challenges of Moves, Estate Sales, and Online Auctions in Rolling HIlls

Moves, Estate Sales, and Online Auctions

A move from Rolling Hills is much like any other move, except that we request that the homeowner give the moving companies information, and our employees’ names to the gate guards so that we can gain entry.  After that, it will proceed as a regular move.

Our understanding is that Estate Sales are not permitted behind the gates of Rolling Hills.  This is where our Online Auctions can make a difference.  We list the items online, and once the auction is over, the winning bidders pay by credit card.  When we assemble the pickup list, they are required to select a time to pick up their items.  We give a copy of this list to the gate guard, so that he or she can ensure that only winning bidders enter the city. We have done this several times, and it has worked well.

Before we set up a move or a Sale, or a Pick-up we review the needs of the property.  Each property is different.  Tim is a strategist, and he will have a plan in mind for the logistics of your move or sale so that safety of all concerned and ease of movement is maximized.
