Rancho Palos Verdes was the last city to be incorporated on the Peninsula. It is located mainly on the southwest portion of the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

Rancho Palos Verdes, like all of the Palos Verdes Peninsula is known for high quality schools, healthy lifestyle options, ocean views, and kind people.

It was the home of Wayfarer’s Chapel, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.  Sadly, due to slippage, the chapel has been removed while a stable location is found. 

Trump National Golf Course is located on the Southwest side of Rancho Palos Verdes, as is the Terranea luxury homes development.  

It is also home to Marymount California University and the Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters.

Landmarks in Rancho Palos Verdes:

• Wayfarer's Chapel(also known as the Glass Church)- This lovely structure designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, has been removed from it's origianl location due to land slippage.  The city has located a possible second site for the building, and hopes to rebuild the structure soon.
• Pointe Vincente Lighthouse- Built in 1926, this lighthouse has become an icon of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. It is now operated by the U.S. Coast Guard.
• Point Vincente Interpretive Center- Adjacent to the lighthouse is a lovely park with a newly built Interpretive Center.  Inside are facts about the earliset inhabitants of the area, the Tongva people, and the history of the area since.  The center opens up to a view of the Pacific Ocean, and during certain months, whales are counted as they pass by.
• Palos Verdes Art Center-Featuring regional and local artists, and hosting art classes, the art center is a well loved place on the peninsula.
• Trump National Golf Course-With an 18 hole public course, the Trump National Golf Course has been called one of the top public golf courses in America.  It has sterling views of the Pacific Ocean.
• Terranea Resort- Terranea Resort boasts luxury accomodation, delicious restaurants, and 270 degree views.  Go for a restful lunch, or a relaxing vacation.
• Los Verdes Golf Course- This is known to be a challenging golf course.  It was designed by Billy Bell.  Sea views are available throughout.
• Palos Verdes Nature Preserve- Actually 11 separate preserves which total 1,500 acres. The Portugeuse Bend Preserve is the largest.   The preserves is coastal sage scrub habitat.  Wildlife you might encounter would be the california gnatcatcher and the coastal cactus wren.

We have done many moves form the various neighborhoods in RPV. Since the Peninsula is a hill, many of the streets have steep areas.  We work with the movers to ensure that they drive and park safely.

We have done many Estate Sales and Online Auctions in RPV. One of the main challenges has been parking.  Some of the streets and driveways are quite steep. Others have no curbs. In some cases, we have had one of our employees stand at the bottom of the driveway and recommend that winning bidders or shoppers park at the bottom of the driveway. If they purchase furniture, they are allowed to access the driveway one at a time, so no one gets stuck.
